It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the cancellation of THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride in New Orleans in 2021. Due to extensive damage from Hurricane Ida at Union Passenger Terminal and elsewhere in the city, we are unable to secure the space and permits required to host the event this year. We were looking forward to welcoming thousands of pajama-clad families back on board trains this season and will miss seeing our smiling guests experience a magical journey to meet Santa. Our thoughts and prayers are with our extended event family in New Orleans and residents of the Gulf Coast impacted by the storm.
